A hearty welcome to new Executive Chef Dan Saito from everyone here at Warner Springs Ranch. Chef Dan was most recently Executive Chef at the South Coast Winery Resort in Temecula where he earned the “top chef” of the Inland Empire honor by Inland Empire Magazine. His experience is varied and impressive including stints at Spago in Los Angeles, Masa’s in San Francisco and Executive Chef at the world renowned Manele Bay Hotel on the Island of Lanai in Hawaii. Chef Dan has led culinary teams that prepared meals for President George H.W. Bush, Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher and the wedding party of Microsoft Founder Bill Gates. Please help us welcome Chef Dan to the Ranch and let him prepare a special meal for you!

New for this summer at the Ranch is an easy quarter mile nature walk at the east end of the property featuring high desert plants like; Deer Grass, White Sage, Chapparal Yucca, Snake Cholla and more. Plant guide and maps available at the Ranch Special Events Desk at the Lodge.
