Recreational & Fitness Activities
Outdoor recreational opportunities abound at the ranch including, hiking, trail running, mountain biking, road cycling, swimming and more. Indoor fitness facilities consist of a weight room and an exercise studio offering weekly fitness and yoga classes. Private sessions are available by appointment.
Weekly Fitness Schedule
Classes are held in the Palaingua room - outside the east gate of the hot mineral springs pool. Personal training is available (mat & equipment), weights, and yoga. Email Anita (agossack@warnersprings.com) for current class information and times.
Fitness classes are free for Ranch Owners and $10.00 for guests.
